💫 Hekate enters Aquarius @ 5:14 AM, EST through the 1st House, the natural home of Aries ruled by Mars, a realm of life and identity representing the beginning of all new enterprises.

HEKATE

Hekate is a goddess whose origins can be traced back to ancient Greek religion, with possible roots in the Carians of southwest Asia Minor. 

She has also been associated with the Egyptian goddess of fertility and childbirth, Heqet, who, like Hekate, was also associated with Heka, the god of magic and medicine.

Hekate was known as the daughter of Titan Perses and the nymph Asteria and became a powerful figure with dominion over the heavens, earth, and sea. She is most commonly represented holding torches to illuminate multiple paths, keys to the crossroads, or dogs, symbolizing her role as a protector of the household and a guide through the night. 

Modern depictions show her in a triple form, representing her ability to see in all directions of the crossroads, emphasizing her connection to boundaries and transitions, making her a guardian of thresholds and a mediator between different realms, much like the messenger Hermes. 

In the Homeric Hymn to Demeter (600 BCE), Hekate is referred to as "tender-hearted", an epithet referencing the disappearance of Persephone, as she assisted Demeter with her search for her daughter after her abduction by Hades. 

Hekate became Persephone's companion on her yearly journey to and from the realms of Hades, serving as a psychopomp. According to Charles Edwards, author of 'The Running Maiden from Eleusis and the Early Classical Image of Hekate,' because of this association, Hekate was one of the chief goddesses of the Eleusinian Mysteries, alongside Demeter and Persephone. 

Hekate offers a powerful foundation for integrity built on five core virtues: Justice, Temperance, Courage, Wisdom, and Compassion, what the Greeks called Eudaimonia: A dynamic pathway to an authentic, flourishing life. 

Integrity is the active process of doing the right thing when no one is looking, so to align our inner principles with your outward actions. Hekate's most fundamental teaching involves choice and accountability for that choice. 

Hekate illuminates all available paths; however, never chooses for us. We are left to contemplate, reflect on every potential outcome before owning our decision.

This is the catalyst for the greatest personal growth, especially a purposeful life by Hekate. It's earned through the conscious application of the aforementioned virtues and bearing responsibility for our own choices. 

And so, we face ourselves in the mirror of experience. 

AQUARIUS

There is no cookie-cutter astrology; however, there are recorded traits that date back thousands of years in regard to zodiac signs. Some are as follows; however, much more depends on the aspects your planets are making. 

As a Fixed sign, Aquarius is an extremely independent freedom seeker. They are logical and humane, taking a special interest in humanitarian efforts to improve the planet, making them very altruistic. They will deliberately resist expectations of conformation and make up their own rules.

Hekate in Aquarius provides unconventional guidance. Her reflection of Saturnian energy can evict us from our complacency regarding useless patterns so that we enter a new cycle of autonomy leading to liberation and enlightenment.

💫 Mars enters Pisces: One can conquer more with honey than poison.

Mars enters Pisces this morning @ 9:16 AM, 11th House, the natural home of Aquarius traditionally ruled by Saturn, modernly ruled by Uranus. This is a house of hopes, dreams, goals, visions, friendship, and circumstances beyond our control. 

PLANETARY 

I've always felt that Mars in Pisces was like placing a Warrior into a harem and expecting him to behave. It's not going happen! However, what happens will hopefully be a gentler action than Mars' impulsive aggression. 

Afterall, we are influenced by our environment—so we can hope! 

Mars transiting Pisces can portend a highly creative energy filled with a more selfless approach than Mars' aggression. Or it can bring a volatile energy in regard to escapism (by force if necessary) and self-sabotage (Pisces).

Depending on where we are in our personal development, this transit will be a blessed transformation or a cursed undoing. 

Neptune is the modern ruler of Pisces known for inspiration, spiritual movement, dreams, and elegance. This energy encompasses maritime matters, liquids, music, movies, stage and television, glamour, dreams, illusion, delusion, spirituality, ideals and the things we take deeply for granted in our life without questioning. 

Neptune's action is subtle, gradual, and sometimes insidious. It's the higher octave of Venus and the second of the transcendental planets. Where we find Neptune in our charts is where we tend to deceive ourselves and/or others. Conversely, it is also where we seek the ideal. 

PISCES

There is no cookie-cutter astrology; however, there are patterns that have been recorded for each zodiac sign throughout history. Pisces is traditionally ruled by expansive Jupiter and is known to be an understanding and compassionate sign who is also emotional, musical, artistic, and introspective. 

MARS

Mars may jump the gun, eager to begin something, but their natives are not well-known to complete it. This is where charitable Pisces can prompt the continuation through a gentler approach, pending they themselves don't succumb to the shadow aspect of their indolent nature. 

MARS IN PISCES

Mars represents pure action, energy, and initiative that represents our animal nature, desire, and sexual energies. The energy, determination, and unstoppable drive of Mars combined with sympathetic and intuitive Pisces can lead humanity in positive or negative steps, depending on the aggressive and often impulsive actions of Mars and escapist and procrastinating temperament of Pisces. 

Pisces armed with Mars can be a soft melody encouraging us to pursue our dreams through a more compassionate and understanding means of obtaining our desire. It encourages us to knock gently on a closed door instead of kicking it open. 

Pisces is the one sign who understands the old adage, "You can catch more flies with honey than vinegar." Conversely, they can also be highly manipulative in their shadow state. This manipulation can be used for a greater good, such as bringing peace to a volatile situation, or a destructive manner bent on dividing or influencing others to partake in conflict that benefits them personally.

If we are aware of the shadow aspects of our own nature, then we will immediately recognize when slipping into them. Keep a check on intentions at all times to ensure they're reflective of the positive traits of Pisces' compassion and Mars' energy and action. 

If we do that, the melody rises high and encompasses the world in the arms of its tune, bringing a soft yet firm energy to all our actions. If not, well, Jupiter will expand the opposite. . .

DEEPER THROUGH THE DECAN AND TAROT

Ruled traditionally by Jupiter and Saturn, the first decan of Pisces (0°- 9°) contains the energy of both expansion (Jupiter) and limitations (Saturn). These energies appear to contradict one another, just as Mars and Pisces; however, can be beneficial. 

The new cannot enter if there is no space. This includes concepts, perceptions, beliefs, etc. Saturn evicts us from our complacency regarding anything that tends to hold us back from evolving so that newly formed ways of living, acting, and believing can enter. 

With Jupiter the traditional ruler of Pisces and co-ruler of this decan, we can expect wonderful discoveries through our mind and heart when we open up to new energies. 

Pisces has a tendency for escapism through addictive substances or behavior. Saturn, co-ruler of this decan as well as traditional ruler of Mars, can force us to face reality despite how uncomfortable it may appear. 

This is for our benefit to move us forward from the stagnancy of escaping into the same patterns. 

The minor arcana tarot card associated with this decan is the Eight of Cups, reflective of a person on a journey of discovery, indicating the leaving behind of all they currently know. 

Austin Coppock describes this decan best as the Labyrinth and realization of "our imprisonment in our own reality construct." It is only through willing discovery through the unknown that we come face-to-face with "the possibility of liberation [through] a world as yet uncorrupted by our assumptions." 

"The Farthest Shore" is how T. Susan Chang describes this decan and describes the 8 of Cups as a teacher who "teaches us perhaps the hardest lesson of all: to face our fear of the unknown. 

Such journeys into the unknown often include joy and pain, security and anxiety, wealth and depletion. One of my favorite quotes is "One must leave the tribe in order to bring home the medicine." I feel that's the most accurate description of this decan, and Mars in Pisces' positive aspects. 

Though some will undoubtedly remain stationary, escaping their constructed reality through the illusion of respite through unhealthy means.  

ASPECT

Sun conjunct Juno in Pisces an hour after the above planetary ingress, ushering in personal identity (Sun) and relationship dynamics (Juno), implying that our sense of self is closely tied to partnerships (personal and professional). This aspect highlights the importance of supporting one another's individuality through balance between the needs of the relationship and our own individual goals. 

The Sun sheds light on any issues surrounding the give-and-take in relationships; thus, may nudge us to become clear about our expectations and realizations that loyalty is chosen rather assumption. If we view the relationship as an extension of our self, equality is imperative for balanced reciprocity.

💫 Venus enters Aries: We're still in the extended void-of-course until 11:01 PM this evening; therefore, it's a perfect time to plan and/or re-evaluate our goals. Any tangible step to attain them will most likely not yield a return. "Nothing will come of this," is the VC Moon's axiom. 

Venus entered Aries  @ 5:46 AM. Many astrologers consider this ingress (as well as Scorpio), her detriment—the sign opposite the one it rules (Taurus & Libra). It is thought that this disables the planet's ability to fully function as itself and therefore assumes more of the sign's coloration. 

Compare it to visiting a house where you must conform to rules and/or regulations, and you'll have a pretty good idea what it feels like. 

Whether you believe Venus to be in her detriment or not, it's advisable to act with at least a modicum of gentile behavior when transiting Aries. Venus is notorious for socializing and flirting, which can set some wildfires of emotion where quick-tempered Aries is concerned.   

During the span of this transit, Venus will traverse approximately one degree every two days. This gradual transition will allow us to observe subtle changes in our sentiments regarding love and romance until she enters Taurus late April. 

VENUS 

According to @She Who Is Art, "Venus was originally an Italian goddess of blossoms; hearts and flowers eventually were incorporated into this mythos due to her loving, passionate and creative energies; in fact, her name became the root for the word venerate—to lift up, worship, or esteem."  

Later she was adopted by the Greeks as Aphrodite, Goddess of Love, followed by the Romans, who renamed her Venus. 

This transit typically signifies a period when the cosmos bestows upon us a modest gift of warmth or affection, as well as a well-earned respite. These times are often sociable and amiable, where we engage in more mingling than usual and show greater interest in fine dining and comfortable surroundings over anything that resembles work.

ARIES 

Aries' energy motivates us to embrace boldness and creativity in matters of love; however, with Venus Rx we may demonstrate a bit more caution in our actions by refusing to make impulsive decisions. Whether considering a separation, reunion, or established boundary, we are more apt to take our time. 

Do guard against impetuous, aggressive behavior, especially in partnerships. Those of us currently in romantic partnerships are urged to reconcile after minor disputes or misunderstandings by assuming responsibility for our actions coupled with a commitment to change to foster enduring trust. 

This placement can be a blessing or a curse. There could be more dramatic energy manifesting itself as possessiveness, jealousy, and even obsessiveness. This is why overtly flirtatious behavior and/or excessive socializing—as per Venus' nature, can easily trigger a partner. 

On the other hand, if we pay close attention to red flags, this transit heralds an exhilarating period characterized by vibrant passion and a zest for adventure leading to travel, forms of communication, and pioneering new projects. 

Aries embodies energy and action combined with courage while Venus represents affection, socializing, and a sense of value. Therefore, the confidence necessary for new adventures or romantic relationships. 

DEEPER THROUGH THE TAROT

Aries is represented by the Emperor and Venus the Empress.

When these two come together in Aries they come to life, particularly Aries, as he heralds in the astrological new year and symbolizes the beginning of all new enterprises. Here he assumes his natural disposition: courageous and confident. A master in the art of war and as a ruler adheres to his vision of conquest. 

The creativity energy of Venus constantly creates new life as a symbol of fertility and growth. Both the Empress and Venus share a love of beauty, embodying love and attraction as powerful forces, and grace everything they touch with affection, comfort, and joy. As ruler of the throat, poetry, sweet talk, and love songs flow from her as spring flowers. 

The minor arcana tarot card for this transit is the Four of Wands: Venus in Aries, "Lord of Perfected Work." This is the "card of the dance," a metaphor for collaboration and cooperation. In a tarot reading, the Four of Wands often symbolizes partnership or marriage, making the Empress a natural match for the Emperor. 

This card is a continuation from the Two (young man) and Three of Wands (young woman) who take heart while they learn to work in a harmonic energy. This is also reflected in nature between the seedling and Nature's the warmth via the sun and rain, solidifying its growth and contribution to Nature's cycles.

💫 Vesta enters Pisces @ 5:23 PM, EST.

Vesta is one of the largest and brightest asteroids located in the asteroid belt. In astrology, it is associated with Roman goddess Vesta, illuminating the sky, signifying dedication, service, and the sacred flame of purpose. It represents commitment to one's goals and the inner drive to fulfill one's spiritual mission.

VESTA: The Eternal Flame

Vesta is the Roman goddess of hearth and home, guardian of the eternal flame in both temple and home. She represents the spark of divinity in each of us, our individuality and connection to Source on the darkest of days. This spark of life enables us to keep going, to survive situations and circumstances, and to experience the joy of making our dreams a reality. 

Because the flame was sacred and allowed Rome to exist, purity was essential to maintain it; thus, Vesta, and her vestal virgins, were forbidden to enter any physical relationship. If the guardians were distracted and the flame went out, it signified the death of Rome. 

Vesta in the Seventh House represents commitment to improving relationships. This could entail conflict. Vesta, required to be celibate, has developed a reliable independence which enabled an empire to sleep soundly knowing the flame of life was being tended. There was no compromise for the Keeper of the Flame; however, there was delegation and cooperation with the vestal virgins, those who served under her tutelage. 

The caution here is not to become so focused on a primary relationship to the point of obsession. This is a direction that will extinguish the flame of autonomy into a pilot light of fear-based service rather than a genuine desire to be of service. 

VESTA IN PISCES: Warmth & Water 

There is no cookie-cutter astrology when it comes to the zodiac signs; however, there have been traits recorded by astrologers throughout centuries that correlate to them. Much depends on the aspects the planets (in this case, asteroid) are making. This is why consulting a professional astrologer is imperative. 

That being said, Pisces is known as understanding and compassionate yet can demonstrate a somewhat diffuse or scattered energy. Service without the loss of individuality can contribute to focus in this position. 

Avoid imposing guilt or blame on others to maintain a strong flame. Martyrdom has no place in this transit, or the opposite of support will be encountered. Sexuality can contribute to healing and transform the physical act into spiritual understanding.

💫 Ceres entered Taurus this morning @ 1:13 AM, EDT.

This transit occurs in the 5th House, the natural home of Leo dually ruled by the Sun. This signature portends nurturing through a strong involvement with children or the creative arts. 

We may feel nourished through a return to our youthful play, or we may even discover that risky situations may excite us, such as clandestine affairs, etc. 

According to Louise Eddington of Cosmic Owl Astrology, Ceres in the 5th means we may "Mother through artistic expression, teaching, or encouraging others to shine. Healing involves allowing pleasure and validating your inner light." 

CERES

This Roman goddess was originally known to the ancient Greeks as Demeter. Her name was derived from da meter, meaning "Earth Mother". 

She is the sister of goddesses Vesta, hearth and home, and Juno, committed relationships.

As goddess of agriculture and the harvest, Ceres symbolized the cultivated, fertile soil that fed and provided for humanity. One of the greatest ancient myths involves the daughter of Ceres, Kore/Persephone's abduction by Hades/Pluto to the underworld. 

Cere's loss of her daughter became a lesson of loss and return that was re-enacted for roughly 2,000 years as the initiation rites of the Eleusinian Mysteries.

In an act of rage against her brother, Zeus, who had approved of Hade's abduction of Persephone, Ceres prevented the ripening of crops so that they withered in rot in the soil, on their vines, stalks, and branches. If she must live without her daughter, then humanity would suffer without sustenance, symbolized by winter.

Realizing his defeat, Zeus eventually compromised to allow Persephone to return to her mother in the spring of each year and remain through summer. 

Thus, spring symbolizes the lifting of Ceres' curse upon the earth. The soil became rich and fertilized once again, and fruits were bountiful. Persephone's return to Pluto is symbolized by autumn, when death begins to ripen into winter.

According to C.G. Jung, "To enter Ceres means to be pursued, to be robbed, to be raped, to fail to understand, to rage and grieve, but then to get everything back and be born again." 

He believed that the function of mother in psychology governs a number of qualities that cannot be contained to just one zodiac sign, and attributes Ceres functions best in Cancer, Taurus-Scorpio Axis, and Virgo.

CERES IN TAURUS 

Taurus is associated with the Earth and Ceres as the Great Mother. Ceres in Taurus mirrors the zodiac sign Cancer in many ways. Both are nurturing and rely on stability/security in order to feel safely grounded. Nurturing others or being nurtured through touch is equally important in this coupling. 

Nature becomes vital during this transit and provides an opportunity to reconnect "with your body, self-worth, and the abundance around you. Slow rituals, gardening, cooking and tending to comfort and security are essential acts of self-care", adds Eddington. 

CERES ASPECTS

Balancing these two polarities eliminates the need for stress as a motivational factor.

Ceres will square Pluto the morning of March 28, marking a profound period of regeneration through transformation. Deep-seated memories from childhood trauma could unearth themselves and pose opportunities for prolific healing through self-acceptance and nurturing. 

The positive characteristic of this transit combines the nurturing aspect with that of living methodically in the moment. 

Conversely, the "angry mother" aspect of Ceres can emerge through the lesser pleasant characteristics of Taurus as an obstinate, short-tempered, and argumentative attitude determined to have their way. 

Think Ceres winning out her daughter's whereabouts and subsequent return from Zeus by stubbornly withholding sustenance from the Earth; thus, humans and animals withered and died. 

Of course, that can also be viewed as a lesson in holding on rather than letting go. . .

Mercury Rx conjunct Mars in Pisces can enhance our mental (Mercury) stamina (Mars), enabling us to accomplish a great deal more than we normally would; however, with Mercury retrograde, a desire to intellectually engage in debate may result in a clash of perception if we're not in tune to the energy of others. 

This transit requires that we carefully evaluate what's important enough to defend. 

Afterall, the Truth needs no defense and will reveal itself when ready.

OOB S' Mercury enters Capricorn @ 4:11 PM, EST via the 8th House, the natural home of Scorpio co-ruled by Mars & Pluto

Mercury OOB S'

Mercury rules chatty Gemini and analytical Virgo, so moving into an earthy sign such as Capricorn denotes a serious preoccupation with our thoughts and feelings. 

Our thinking becomes more methodical and centers on solid foundations from which to build our intentions into a reality rather than ideals.

Mercury is out-of-bounds; however, moves pretty quickly and only remains OOB between 10-14 days. Also, it only moves OOB up to four times a year, depending on the cycle. Mostly it's twice annually.

Contrary to the Moon (currently OOB N), Mercury is never out of bounds in the fixed signs such as Taurus, Leo, Scorpio, and Aquarius. It is only present in cardinal (initiating) and mutable (changing) signs.

An OOB Mercury maintains a balance between nocturnal and diurnal signs, as well as a balance of elements, yet it notably lacks the stabilizing presence of the fixed signs. More on Mercury OOB.

For Mercury, a transit via the 8th house presents an opportunity for deep reflection within our self. The truth is what provides Mercury in Scorpio the security of knowing—whether it's what we want to discover or not.  Mercury is pretty astute in that aspect, and Scorpio is fearless delving into any topic that attracts their attention.  

Mercury OOB -S will contribute to the internalized dialogue with our self and lead to potential expressions through communication such as writing, visual arts, or speaking. We can also expect flashes of genius and inspiration that may lead to exceptional writing or speeches. Being true to thyself is just as important as knowing thyself. 

Mercury in Capricorn 

In grounded Capricorn, we are able to detach ourselves and become the observer. With the difficult square to Neptune having separated, this could us well, especially in fields where powers of concentration are required. 

Detailed work is much more feasible and our diplomacy and tact shine when required. We are able to laugh at ourselves in this placement, as self-doubt is highly diminished. 

Aspect

Prior to the above transit, Mercury in Sagittarius square Neptune in Pisces, producing potential confusion and conflict. Be certain to remain grounded in reality during this time, or you could get carried away with some "pie-in-the-sky" opportunity based in fantasy.

Mercury is exalted in Aquarius, thus embodies the visionary, out-of-the-box and innovative thinking of Aquarians. Mercury represents intellect and avenues of expression, whereas Aquarius represents imaginative and progressive thinking.

This coupling will produce an insatiable desire for knowledge and connection with like-minded. We can expect intellectual relatedness to increase while opening to new concepts and more inventive ways of being and creating.

Astraea & the Significance of Asteroids in Astrology

In Greek Mythology, Astraea, also known as the Star Goddess or Maiden, was renowned as the virgin god of justice, innocence, purity, and precision. She was beloved by the Greeks and thought to represent the Light in the world during what scholars have referred to as 'The Golden Age'. 

The Golden Age (Age of Innocence) was one of the five Ages of Man in the old Greek religion. In mythology, the ages represented the history of human existence and its subsequent deterioration. Astraea came to symbolize humanity's fall and the hope that a new age of innocence would return. 

As to her origins, there are differing stories; however, the widest accepted is that she herself is a descendant of the Titans. According to Hesiod’s Theogony, her father was the second-generation TITAN, Astraeus, the astrological GOD OF DUSK. Her mother was EOS, the goddess of the dawn. 

Astraea is also considered the feminine principle of Hephaistos, the masculine representation of work, order, integration and disintegration. 

Before the use of the asteroids, the ONLY significators of the feminine in traditional chart interpretation were the Moon and Venus. The socially acceptable roles for women were the Moon as mother and Venus as mate. 

This began to change when the first four feminine asteroids were discovered in the 19th century when the women’s movement, led by Susan B Anthony and Elizabeth Cady Stanton, sought to increase women’s participation in society.

These seeds did not bear fruit, however, until the early 1970s, at the same time Elenor Bach published the first asteroid ephemeris. The third house is the natural home of Gemini ruled by Mercury, currently traversing Aquarius himself. The Third represents social aspects such as community, financial institutions, and even the gym. Here routine is performed without much conscious thought. It also represents childhood, sibling relationships, communication, and daytrips.

According to Ovid, Virgo is Astraea's natural home, and both are endowed with the same qualities. Virgo's true origins in Greek mythology reflect Astraea, the goddess of innocence and justice; thus, many believe they are one in the same. To know Astraea is to know Virgo's earthly qualities, and to know Virgo is to know Astraea's heavenly qualities. 

However, to understand her Aquarian placement is to understand where she came from. 

For balance and justice, Libra and the part she played in this triad is imperative to know. 

Considered an intermediary sign along with Virgo and Scorpio, Libra is a part of a transformative trifecta that brings a person from individualized consciousness (Aries thru Leo) into collective consciousness (Sagittarius thru Pisces). 

In Virgo, the individual perfects and integrates oneself so that they may enter into the sign of partnership, Libra, as a whole and complete individual. Here we become aware of the "other" for the first time.

Osho once said that the go exists off friction and feeds off our desire to be something else. This is why the ego exists, for this very lesson. 

The ego dies by accepting who we are in the moment and desiring to be nothing else or nowhere else. The reconciliation of what is desired with what currently is creates the balance within us. This balance facilitates the death of the ego because what we've done or achieved no longer matters here in the present.

The power of Astraea in Scorpio was alchemical transformation from within, from me, myself, and I, to we, us, and they, and thus solidifies in Sagittarius. This process began by submerging ourselves into justice, innocence, purity, and awareness in the present moment of life rather than ignoring it for a desire.

💫 Mars transiting Aquarius portends a highly individualistic transit filled with a desire for freedom of expression combined with progressive ideas that are both artistic and scientific. Neptune re-enters Aries—Fire through the Fog

💫 Neptune re-enters Aries for the final @ 12:37 PM, EST, 12th House, the natural home of Pisces ruled by Neptune. 

Neptune initially entered Aries March 30th, 2025, for the first time in 165 years and will now remain there until 2039. I was thinking as I composed this that I will be 80 years old in 2039; therefore, this could be my final experience of a Neptunian transit, or any outer planetary transit, for that matter. If it is, at least I'll go out with a bang!

This re-entry follows a retrograde in Aries which began July 04, 2025, leading this foggy planet of illusion to roll back into Pisces October 22, 2025, until stationing direct December 10, 2025—and here we are. 

This Neptunian transit is the secondary step readying us for a new paradigm shift because every outer and transcendental planet except Pluto, who completed his transit into Aquarius November 2024, entered new signs in 2025, a year of profound shifts encompassing new beginnings and endings on a generational level. 

TRANSCENDENTAL PLANETS

So, what is a transcendental/generational planet? There are three planets considered transcendental: Uranus, Neptune, and Pluto. When a transcendental planet such as Neptune (considered the higher octave of Venus), enters a new sign, it leaves an imprint on an entire generation. 

Each generation is measured as the space between reproductive cycles and children (roughly 35 years). In astrology, the difference is measured by five signs, a quincunx or inconjunct (coming of age "aspect" @ 150°). Uranus, Neptune, and Pluto all take between 84 (Uranus) - 248 (Pluto) years for one cycle of the zodiac; therefore, these three planets are considered transcendental, or generational. 

The remaining outer planets are Jupiter and Saturn, which take 12 - 30 years to cycle the zodiac. While all planets beyond the asteroid belt are considered "outer", only the three aforementioned are transcendental. 

With Pluto—the third transcendental planet—grounded in Aquarius, Neptune—the second transcendental planet—solidly in Aries, and Uranus—the first transcendental planet currently retrograde in Taurus, will permanently re-enter Gemini April 25, 2026.

The two outer planets will be positioning themselves as well: Saturn, who entered Aries in 2025—for the first time since 1999, will re-enter Aries in February after a retrograde in Pisces. And Jupiter, currently retrograde in Cancer, a sign it entered in 2025 for the first time since 2014, will enter Leo in June for the first time since 2014.

You can see how significant these outer planetary transits are. Typically, when just one of these planets changes signs, it’s felt collectively. But to have all five entering new signs in such a close proximity to one another can be considered unprecedented in modern history. 

NEPTUNE IN ARIES

Neptune in Aries combines the dreamy nature with vibrant action. Aries activates us to demonstrate our spiritual and imaginative traits through bold and assertive behaviors. 

Those with this natal placement demonstrate both imagination and idealism along with an enthusiastic drive to achieve their dreams. 

This transit serves as a journey toward self-understanding and spiritual enlightenment which strengthens personal identity and life purpose. 

This ingress will shape personal development and goal achievement throughout the next 14 years, creating a distinctive combination of vigor and inner reflection that has the ability to direct us to our future goals.

HISTORY OF NEPTUNE IN ARIES

From a historical perspective the discovery, naming, and recognition of planetary bodies in outer space has coincided with leaps in the evolution of human consciousness and corresponding cultural changes. 

For example, just before and after the discovery of the first transcendental planet, Uranus, in 1781, humanity witnessed the American and French Revolutions. 

When Neptune, planet of mysticism and illusion, was discovered in 1846, idealist movements such as transcendentalism and spiritualism emerged. 

In 1930, with the sighting of Pluto, planet of mass transformation, the awakening of a sense of collective welfare and the dawning of the Atomic Age brought humanity face-to-face with a choice of life or death. 

The discovery of each new outer body indicated that humanity was ready to activate and integrate the archetypal principle inherent in the mythology of that planet.

Neptune has been in Aries six times since 1000 A.D. While many significant events before the 1800's occurred, I'm only going to focus on the last due to time and length: 

Neptune was in Aries between 1861 to 1875. The following events occurred during this time:

• The American Civil War symbolizing themes of freedom and new beginnings. 

• Native American wars and the development and forced occupation of reservations.

• Emancipation Proclamation that freed enslaved people.

• The 14th Amendment to the Constitution is ratified, granting citizenship to all persons born or naturalized in the U.S.

• Passage of the 13th Amendment abolishing slavery. 

• Ratification of the 15th Amendment, granting suffrage to African American men.

• Wyoming & Utah grant unrestricted suffrage to women

• Michigan and Minnesota grant women suffrage rights for school elections.

In reviewing the above we can determine some themes of Neptune in Aries:

• Upheaval: Political, spiritual, and philosophical change

• Visionary advances: Freedom and equality

• Innovation: Forward movement 

Comparing the above to the current political, spiritual, and philosophical climate here in the US, it's not difficult to see how this pattern is repeating. 

Neptune entering Aries is akin to slagging through a foggy more and suddenly emerging into brilliant sunlight. Our eyes may sting, our skin, damp from the fog, begins to sizzle, and the dreaming of a clear path is a reality right before us. 

This transit isn't about daydreaming but day doing. It's not about self-pity or frustrations, but courage and commitment to accomplishment. 

And yet, these elements can balance one another beautifully: Fiery Passion & Deep Tranquility. 

Utilize caution in regard to over-ambition or you could overlook pertinent details. Exercise patience but not indolence. Be ambitious but not foolish. Fuel the pioneering spirit carefully with intuition. 

With Neptune, you have to ensure that the guidance you're receiving is your own and not absorbed from an outer influence. Reality and delusion are polarized here and swinging too far to one side has its consequences.

And why would you do that when you can reconcile them so easily by retreating into yourself to discover your own intuitive voice and guidance. Just don't stay there.  And why would you? You have a generational imprint to leave behind in the form of history.
