These classes are for beginners, those who know very little or nothing about astrology but have a desire to learn its foundation. This instruction will provide you just that: a foundation from which you can choose your own direction.

The word Akashic originates from the Sanskrit word Akasa, meaning "sky, space, or ethers". This is a reflection of how vast and utterly expansive the Akashic Records are—going back in time before the ancients and moving in space beyond the universe. 

According to Helena Petrovna Blavatsky ( known as Madam Blavatsky ), co-founder of the Theosophical Society, the Akasha is Divine consciousness, the source of all energy and life. ( 1875 )

Alfred Percy Stinnett brought the idea of the records to the West with the Buddhist belief in "a permanency of records in the Akasa" and a [wo/man's] ability "to read the same" in his book Esoteric Buddhism (1884 ).   

Known as the "sleeping prophet of the 20th century" and "father of holistic medicine" Edgar Cayce used the records for diagnostic and holistic treatment of physical maladies, as well as for accessing specific past-life experiences that were still problematic in present lives. 

However, while he utilized access to etheric records, he also believed that the actual records were saved in some form around 10,500 B.C., just before Atlantis was destroyed. He believed there were three locations for the records repository: The Bimini area, the Yukatan, and near the Great Sphinx in Egypt. Cayce believed these records held the history of humankind since the beginning when Spirit took form. 

I access these records through my heart—as Ariadne's thread—between the recipient and the Akasha, that Divine consciousness and source of all energy and life.
